Appointments can be made by calling Serein Lash or through text and email. For the first time client, appointments can be made only via phone and a credit card is required to reserve your appointment.

Fix Lashes

Please contact us within 2-3 days will love to fix your lashes for FREE.

After 3 days will charge the 1 week touch up.

Refills

If your current eyelash extensions are from another salon, we do not perform refill services on the work and we will require you to have your current extensions completely removed. Other salons may not perform to our standard of care and they may not have our exceptional level of applications and use the same or similar premium products that we apply to achieve beautiful results. owever,  If you want to keep your current eyelash extensions, you can choose one of our New Sets and we can just add the amount of lashes that you choose.  In this case it will be considered the New Set price.

Late

If you arrive late, we will do our very best to accommodate you. However, time may not permit for us to honor your full service and your appointment may be shortened and/or rescheduled to ensure we are on schedule for our next client. If you arrive 15 minutes late or more we will need to reschedule your appointment.

Cancellation

Any changes (Time, Date) Please let us know 2-3 before, if you can’t make your schedule same day or noticed on same day, We will charge $70 each appointment. (Can’t use your PCG credits)
